Introduction:

Working principle of MVR evaporation system: MVR evaporation system is a new type of energy-saving evaporation equipment with high efficiency, which is mainly used in the material and wastewater industry. The equipment uses low-temperature and low-pressure steaming technology and clean energy to generate steam for energy and separate the water in the medium. It is an international advanced evaporation technology and an upgraded product to replace the traditional evaporation system. Mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) evaporation system uses the secondary steam generated in the evaporation system, which is compressed by the compressor, increases the pressure and temperature, increases the enthalpy, and then sent to the heating chamber of the evaporation system as heating steam to maintain the boiling state of the feed liquid, while the heating steam itself condenses into water. In this way, the steam to be discarded is fully utilized, the latent heat is recovered, and the thermal efficiency is improved. The economy of raw steam is equivalent to 30 effects of multi effect evaporation, reducing the demand for external heating and cooling resources and reducing energy consumption.

Technology:

1. Conventional (falling film) evaporator: in conventional evaporation, a large amount of cooling water is required to cool the heat of secondary steam (condense it), and then the heat of cooling water is cooled through the cooling tower to release the heat to the atmosphere, which not only consumes fresh steam, but also consumes a large amount of circulating water and electric energy (pump) operation, resulting in triple waste.

2. MVR (mechanical secondary steam recompression): MVR technology can reuse the secondary steam that needs to be condensed through compression to replace fresh steam. It not only avoids the use of fresh steam, but also completely abandons the cooling tower, greatly reduces the operation cost, and truly achieves environmental protection, energy conservation, water saving and cost saving. The core of energy saving of MVR technology is to increase the enthalpy of secondary steam as a heat source to replace fresh steam, and add some compressor work to realize circulating evaporation.

Introduction:

Dual membrane process is essentially a water treatment process of ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis. The core of dual membrane process technology is membrane separation. Ultrafiltration needs to be based on organic and inorganic membranes to intercept microorganisms, sludge and organic matter in water under the action of driving force. In this way, only small molecule substances and some soluble inorganic salt solids can pass through in the process of separation. Ultrafiltration is a pretreatment facility of reverse osmosis. Ultrafiltration can make the outlet water quality meet the requirements of inlet water quality, and can effectively prevent the blockage of reverse osmosis in the process of work.

The technology used in the reverse osmosis device is the same as that in the ultrafiltration device. It is a membrane separation technology.
